Cancellation Policy

The online conversation class is made to practice French or English speaking skills and develop the ability to communicate effectively. The online conversation class is on Google meet. The link to connect to the online conversation class will be provided once payement and booking confirmed. By booking an online conversation class session, you automatically accept these general sales conditions. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Online conversation prices : 1 session : 15€ 4 sessions valid for 1 month : 52€ 8 sessions valid for 1 month : 97€ 1 0 sessions valid for 3/4 months : 122€ Booking and payment are made via online booking system on OhSpeak.com. If the client prefers to pay by bank transfer, they may choose the option “In-person payment.” The booking will be considered confirmed only after full payment has been received on my account : Samantha Leseurre IBAN: LT83 3250 0016 1547 4308 BIC: REVOLT21 An invoice and/or proof of payment can be sent on request. Modification and cancellation are free of charge until 24 hours before the class. Once this deadline has been passed, the full amount will be invoiced and no reimbursement can be requested. Modifications can be made by email : experiencethefrench@gmail.com or via online booking system. In the event that a package has not been fully used, no postponements or refunds will be accepted. The teacher and the student mutually undertake to keep confidential all information and documents, whatever their form and nature (economic, technical, commercial, etc.), to which they may have had access in the class or during exchanges that took place prior. Oh Speak is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to all the training courses it offers its students. All content and teaching aids, used within the framework of the training courses, are the exclusive property of Oh Speak. Any use, representation, reproduction in whole or in part, translation, transformation and, more generally, any exploitation not expressly authorized byOh Speak is illicit and may give rise to civil and/or criminal proceedings on the basis of the intellectual property code.
